Dr. Ifrah Aslam is a Deputy Consultant in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai.
Dr. Aslam completed her M.B.B.S. and pursued M.S. in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Government Medical College, Srinagar. She has over 3 years of varied experience in managing high-risk pregnancies, performing over 3000 normal vaginal deliveries, lower segment caesarean sections (LSCS), hysterectomies, and laparotomies. Her current specialisation involves advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures, providing minimally invasive solutions for various gynaecological conditions.
Earlier, Dr. Aslam worked at the Indian Airforce Hospital, Srinagar, where she handled complex obstetric and gynaecological cases. Additionally, she served as a Senior Resident at Kashmir’s premier Lalla Ded Super Specialty Maternity Hospital, Srinagar, where she gained valuable experience in a high-pressure clinical environment.
Dr. Aslam has published articles in reputed national and international journals. She is also certified in Fundamental Critical Care Support Obstetrics by the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and is capable in handling critical obstetric cases.
