Dhirubhai Ambani Occupational Health and Family Welfare Centre (DAOH & FWC) is a 36-bed secondary care hospital in Reliance Greens that provides advanced medical care, including outpatient services, inpatient care, intensive care unit (ICU), delivery, operative, and 24-hour emergency treatment facilities to all reliance employees and their family members and dependents.

The hospital has NABH accreditation, which is the highest standard for quality care and patient safety. The hospital provides the full-time services of an in-house physician, surgeon, gynaecologist, paediatrician, pathologist, radiologist, anaesthetist, intensivist, physiotherapist, and dentist in addition to consultations with various specialists. Instructions for Spouse PME:

Admissions are routed through the OPD. However, in cases of emergency, the admission happens through the Emergency department.

  1. For admissions routed through the OPD consultation:
    • After the OPD appointment, your doctor may recommend admission (based on your clinical condition)
    • You will be provided with an Admission Request note
    • Go to the admission desk >> GF Indoor
    • The Patient Experience staff will complete the admission process formalities and bed allocation (ground floor or first floor)
  2. For admissions routed through the Emergency department:
    • Consultation by the Emergency Room (ER) doctor and coordination with the respective specialist
    • Consultation by the respective consultant
    • Go to the admission desk on the ground floor (indoor)
    • The Patient Experience staff completes the admission process and bed allocation
    • Patient is shifted from Emergency department to the respective bed as per the case (ICU/NICU or ward bed)

Note for patients:

  • Patient uniforms and meals will be provided by the hospital
  • Only one relative at a time will be allowed with the patient
  • Meal services for relatives are available. Kindly request the service upon admission. This service is provided for an additional charge
