Our department specialises in providing advanced treatments for several conditions and to meet specific preferences.

  • Head and neck cancer reconstruction: Soft tissue reconstruction (FRAFF, ALT, TDAP, Lateral arm flap, vascularised bone treatment (fibula flap, scapula, iliac bone flap).
  • Breast reconstruction: DIEAP (abdomen flap), LD flap (back skin flap) with or without silicone implants.
  • Extremity reconstruction: Soft-tissue sarcoma defect reconstruction with flaps (bone or skin flaps).
  • Lymphoedema treatment: Preventive and definitive lymphovenous anastomosis, vascularised lymph node transfer, lymphedema reduction surgery.
  • Trauma: Finger and small body part replantation, orthopaedic trauma reconstruction, treatment of facial bone fractures.
  • Limb reconstruction: Repair of hand and finger fractures, reconstruction of local and regional flaps, vascularised free flap treatment for hand defects, and toe transfer.
  • Congenital anomalies: Cleft lip, cleft palate, ear anomalies, syndactyly, and hand anomalies
  • Post-burn deformities and contracture release
  • Scar treatment: hypertrophic scar and keloid treatment.
  • Chronic wounds: Reconstructive treatments for diabetic foot ulcers and pressure ulcers, complex wound care, and sternal wound reconstruction.
