Advanced procedures such as auto/allo adsorption, elution, extended antigen typing, and platelet crossmatch, are performed for complex cases.

Other advanced technologies available include leucocyte reduction, irregular antibody screen, and irradiation. The use of sterile connecting devices allows us to prepare blood components in aliquots for paediatric transfusions, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
