Overview

Our Heart Rejuvenation Clinic (HRx) is a specialty unit dedicated to the diagnosis and management of heart failure. Heart failure is a chronic problem, but it can be managed with medications to help improve symptoms. Heart failure can be caused by a number of things, including high blood pressure, heart problems like valve defects and coronary heart disease, lung problems, lifestyle choices, or other medical conditions like diabetes and kidney diseases.

The HRx at the Institute of Cardiac Sciences combines a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel along with top-of-the-line technology and infrastructure to provide holistic, patient-centric care that goes beyond medical treatment to include psychological consultations, dietitian consultations, patient education, yoga classes, and telemetry monitoring.

The Heart Rejuvenation Clinic (HRx) at the Institute of Cardiac Sciences at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital offers holistic heart failure testing, management, and treatment.

Our heart failure testing employs cutting-edge diagnostics, including cardiopulmonary exercise testing (VO2 max tests), 3D echocardiography, and 3T MRI services. We also provide ultra-advanced blood testing specific to heart failure, as well as genetic testing. Our HRx also utilises AI-based heart failure software to assist our physicians in making the best decisions for your care.

Our state-of-the-art catheterisation (cath) labs are equipped with the latest gadgets, such as artificial micro-heart pumps and extra corporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) machines.

We additionally offer remotely monitored cardiac physiotherapy, dietitian services, and psychological consultation for our patients.
