About Us:

Dr. Trivedi graduated from MGM Medical College and M.Y. Hospital, Indore, in 1980. He was a demonstrator and Resident Surgical Officer (Department of Surgery) at the same institute until 1983. After receiving his MS (General Surgery) and MCh (Thoracic Surgery), he worked as a Registrar (CVTS) at BYL Nair Hospital, Bombay for 2 years. He has also worked as a Senior Clinical Consultant at the Bombay Hospital and Medical Research Centre and was appointed as Honorary Assistant Cardiovascular Surgeon in 1992 and Honorary Associate Cardiovascular Surgeon (1995–99). In addition to his association with our hospital, Dr. Trivedi is a Consultant Cardiovascular Coronary Surgeon at Bombay Hospital and Research Centre.

Dr. Trivedi has been a recipient of the Government of India’s National Merit Scholarship. He was a co-investigator in a research project, ‘Follow-up of Edwards Duramedics Valve’, with Dr. G. S. Kobinia, Chief Cardiothoracic Surgeon, Klagenfurt, Austria.

  • Surgery for acute infarct and its complications
  • Surgery for diffuse triple vessel disease with severe LV dysfunction (15–25%)
  • Re-do beating heart surgery (Re-do MICAS)

  • Aortic and peripheral vascular surgeries
