Dr. Gopal Chaturvedi is a Consultant in the Department of Emergency Medical Services at the Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai.
With ample experience in managing critically-ill patients, he has expertise in airway management, trauma care, resuscitation, and advanced life support. He completed his Master’s Training Programme Certification in Emergency Medicine affiliated to The George Washington University at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai and holds a postgraduate diploma in Medico-Legal Services.
Dr. Chaturvedi is passionate about teaching and serves as an instructor for American Heart Association (AHA)-certified courses such as basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and PALS. He is also skilled at conducting hands-on workshops and interdisciplinary continuing medical education (CME) programs. His clinical interests include point-of-care ultrasound, airway and resuscitation management, and pre-hospital emergency care including medical event coverage.
As an active researcher, he has published studies in journals, including work on COVID-19 diagnostics and hypoglycaemia in emergency care. He has also contributed chapters to medical text books, focusing on diagnostic ultrasound and critical care scoring systems.
Recognised for his contributions, he has received accolades such as the CEO’s Special Recognition Award and the Star of the Quarter Award at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital.
