She has extensive experience in diagnostic and clinical microbiology testing and calibration, laboratory quality management, hospital infection prevention & control, and antimicrobial stewardship. She has worked in various areas of medical microbiology including bacteriology, tuberculosis, serology, virology, mycology, parasitology and molecular diagnostics (infectious diseases). She is an Internal Auditor as per International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 15189 (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories, NABL) and have experience of National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) and Junior Chamber International (JCI) accreditation.
