Dr. Nikhil Shah is a Consultant in the Department of Orthopaedics at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
He completed M.S. - Orthopaedics from University Of Bombay in 1983, Diploma in Orthopaedics from University Of Bombay in 1983 and M.B.B.S. from University Of Bombay in 1980.
Dr. Nikhil Shah is a pioneer in the use of the Vertebroplasty technique to treat spine injuries. He is also an expert in Joint replacement surgeries having received training under Dr. Haidukewayich. He has operated several hand surgeries, arthroscopies and paediatric orthopaedic surgeries for the last 30 years.
Dr. Nikhil Shah has published several papers in Septopal Beads and Chains in Osteomyelitis and Soft Tissue Abscesses as well as in Vertebroplasty. He is professionally affiliated to the Indian Orthopaedic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeon, Bombay Orthopaedic Association, Indian Medical Association, Indian Arthroscopic and Indian Spinal Surgery Association.
