Dr. Nishant Aditya is a Consultant Interventional Neuroradiologist at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After completing his M.B.B.S. and M.D. (Radiodiagnosis), he completed his Fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology from KEM hospital, Mumbai.
Dr Nishant Aditya has a vast experience in the management of intracranial aneurysms, embolisation of brain AVM, dural A-V fistula, spinal cord vascular malformation, vertebroplasties, carotid stenting, intracranial stenting, carotico-cavernous fistula, maxillofacial vascular malformation (AVF, haemangioma and venous malformation), dural sinusal recanalisation for venous stroke, arterial recanalisation for hyperacute ischaemic stroke including mechanical thrombolysis using Penumbra, Solitaire, and Revive, preoperative tumour embolisation, and neonatal and paediatric neurointerventions for neurovascular disease (Vein of Galen Aneurysmal Malformation, Pial AVF, AVM, and Spinal AVFs).
Besides his association with the hospital, he is a Visiting Consultant as an Interventional Neuroradiologist at several reputed hospitals in Mumbai including Breach Candy Hospital, Saifee Hospital, and Fortis Hospitals.
Dr Nishant Aditya is a frequent participant and contributor to local academic meetings of scientific societies like Bombay Neurosciences Association and monthly Bombay Interventional Neuroradiology meets. He regularly attends and contributes to various national and international scientific meets of Interventional Neuroradiology like AAFITN (Asian-Australasian Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology), Intracranial Stent meets, and LINNC (Live Interventional Neuroradiology and Neurosurgery Course), Paris. He has authored several national and international publications and has delivered lectures at various national and international conferences.
