Dr. Ramadwar graduated with an MS in General Surgery and a DNB in General Surgery. He later obtained his MCh in Paediatric Surgery, a DNB in Paediatric Surgery, and an FRCS in Paediatric Surgery.
Dr. Ramadwar is a pioneer of various paediatric surgical procedures in India, including retroperitoneoscopic pyeloplasty in infants, total laparoscopic management of choledochal cysts, laparoscopic cortical-sparing adrenalectomy, thoracoscopic lobectomy in newborns, laparoscopic esophageal replacement, SILS laparoscopic fundoplication, and SILS liver cyst excision.
He has held leadership positions in several professional associations: Chairman of the Paediatric Endoscopic Surgeons of India, Secretary of the Paediatric Endoscopic Surgeons of India, Executive Member of the Indian Association of Paediatric Surgeons (IAPS) and the Paediatric Urology Chapter of the IAPS, and Committee Member of the IPEG membership committee. He is an active member of the IAPS, the Maharashtra Chapter of the IAPS, the Association of Medical Consultants, the Paediatric Endoscopic Surgeons of India, the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons, the International Paediatric Endosurgery Group (IPEG), and the Paediatric Urology Chapter of the IAPS.
Dr. Ramadwar has conducted numerous clinical studies and audits in India and the UK. He has presented his work at national and international meetings and published his research in prestigious journals.
