Dr. Vijay N Khambhati is a Consultant in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After completing his MBBS, Dr Khambhati pursued a DGO and DFP from Mumbai. Subsequently, he completed his MD from Seth G. S. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai in 1977. He obtained his FICOG in 1995 and went on to complete an advanced course in Endoscopic Surgery from Singapore University and an advanced course in Gynaecological Ultrasonography from Wadia Hospital, Mumbai.
Dr Khambhati was a resident doctor at KEM Hospital and at Sir H. N. Hospital, where he also worked as a Registrar later at the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Presently, he is the Director of Trinity Clinic Private Limited and an Honorary Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Conwest Jain Clinic Group of Hospitals and Ruxmani Lying-in Hospital.
Dr Khambhati has been invited as a chairperson/faculty member at various Obstetrics and Gynaecology conferences, seminars, and CMEs. He is a member of Mumbai Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society (MOGS), Federation of Obstetrics & Gynaecological Societies of India, Indian Association of Gynaecological Endoscopists, Indian Medical Association, Association of Medical Consultants in Mumbai, and D Ward Medical Association. He is also the Secretary of Bombay C Ward Medical Association.
