Mr. Tripathi is a seasoned professional; after working with the Government of India for two decades, he transitioned into the corporate world and contributed immensely to the manufacturing industry before joining the Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital during the COVID pandemic. He has more than 27 years of leadership experience working in diverse sectors, ranging from government organisations, manufacturing industries, and hospitals. He specialises in operations, administration, facility management, industrial safety, security, and fire safety.
He brings immense value to the organisation with his diversified experience and triple qualifications in management. He is an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, earning a degree in Hospital Administration; further, he holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource Development from the Lal Bahadur Institute of Management and Technology and an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Pune. He is also a certified industrial safety expert, equipped with an Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. He is the recipient of multiple national, personal, and organisational awards at various institutions in which he has served and led teams.
