About Us:

Dr. Amit Gupte is a Consultant of the Department of Hepatology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Center. He completed his MBBS training at the prestigious Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, after which he pursued MD (Medicine) from M S University, Baroda. He received his DM (Gastroenterology) and Hepatology fellowship training from Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital. He also did Advanced Hepatology and Liver Intensive Care Observership at Kings College Hospital, London.

Dr. Gupte has worked at some of the most renowned hospitals in the city. His dependable skills and in-depth knowledge have been instrumental while handling various complex cases.

Dr. Gupte was a bright student with an impeccable academic record, for which he received various awards and scholarships, including the Young Scientist Award and 2nd prize for Best Poster at the Annual Congress of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology (ISGCON) in 2012. He has authored several research papers in various esteemed National and International indexed medical journals on various topics, including autoimmune hepatitis, Budd Chiari syndrome, portal biliopathy, yellow phosphorus poisoning, hepatic amyloidosis, Hepatitis B and liver transplantation. He has also presented his papers at many conferences and CMEs, wherein he received well-deserved appreciation.
